03:00and uh I did not get into to this and uh I did not get into to this practice because I love the cold I think practice because I love the cold I think practice because I love the cold I think it's really important to say that that it's really important to say that that it's really important to say that that you know I grew up in Florida I lived in you know I grew up in Florida I lived in you know I grew up in Florida I lived in Hawaii Phoenix Arizona Austin Texas Hawaii Phoenix Arizona Austin Texas Hawaii Phoenix Arizona Austin Texas summers are my favorite time of year I summers are my favorite time of year I summers are my favorite time of year I would take 118 Dees 365 days a year and would take 118 Dees 365 days a year and would take 118 Dees 365 days a year and when I came to this practice it like I when I came to this practice it like I when I came to this practice it like I said it wasn't because I loved the cold said it wasn't because I loved the cold said it wasn't because I loved the cold it was because I was very sick I had it was because I was very sick I had it was because I was very sick I had three autoimmune conditions Hashimoto three autoimmune conditions Hashimoto three autoimmune conditions Hashimoto ticaria and eosinophilic esophagitis wow ticaria and eosinophilic esophagitis wow ticaria and eosinophilic esophagitis wow and I was diagnosed with these in my and I was diagnosed with these in my and I was diagnosed with these in my early 30s never really been sick before early 30s never really been sick before early 30s never really been sick before in my life hadn't gone through any super in my life hadn't gone through any super in my life hadn't gone through any super what I had thought of as like major what I had thought of as like major what I had thought of as like major illnesses and uh once I got these illnesses and uh once I got these illnesses and uh once I got these diagnoses it was just like okay now you diagnoses it was just like okay now you diagnoses it was just like okay now you have a list of Specialists that you have have a list of Specialists that you have have a list of Specialists that you have to see every year you have a pile of to see every year you have a pile of to see every year you have a pile of medication on my nightstand table at the medication on my nightstand table at the medication on my nightstand table at the height of it I was taking more than 20 height of it I was taking more than 20 height of it I was taking more than 20 vitamins pills and prescription vitamins pills and prescription vitamins pills and prescription prescription pills and supplements every
