And uh, you know, immersion therapy. And uh, you know, immersion therapy. And uh, you know, started looking into it more and I started looking into it more and I started looking into it more and I started to fall in love with it. And started to fall in love with it. You know, the main contrast therapy. You know, the main contrast therapy. You know, the main benefit comes from vaso dilation and benefit comes from vaso dilation and benefit comes from vaso dilation and vaso constriction, meaning that when vaso constriction, meaning that when vaso constriction, meaning that when you're in the sauna, those blood vessels you're in the sauna, those blood vessels you're in the sauna, those blood vessels are opening up. It's allowing, you know, really substantial blood flow through really substantial blood flow through really substantial blood flow through your entire body. That's why you feel your entire body. And it's doing that kind of needs. And it's doing that kind of needs.
