I've been fan of the enlifted work. I've been fan of the enlifted work. I've been involved in it pretty much since its involved in it pretty much since its involved in it pretty much since its inception and I use that type of inception and I use that type of inception and I use that type of training, story training in order to training, story training in order to training, story training in order to help people with their mindset. Do you want to do breath engagement? Do you want to do breath engagement? Do you want to do breath work? And the breath work has a myriad work? And the breath work has a myriad work? And the breath work has a myriad of of effects and it simulates the of of effects and it simulates the of of effects and it simulates the stress training. So we can actually gain stress training. I can really feel my body going from like a feel my body going from like a feel my body going from like a sympathetic state into a parasympathetic sympathetic state into a parasympathetic sympathetic state into a parasympathetic uh state or the parasympathetic nervous uh state or the parasympathetic nervous uh state or the parasympathetic nervous system is ramped up and that allows me system is ramped up and that allows me system is ramped up and that allows me to relax and get calm and to actually to relax and get calm and to actually to relax and get calm and to actually experience that to me is tremendous and experience that to me is tremendous and experience that to me is tremendous and it really does work on the mindset. But

And there's a true chemical things. And there's a true chemical things. And there's a true chemical shift. So that shift can really benefit shift. So that shift can really benefit shift. I mean, I've worked with athletes who've told me I had an athlete athletes who've told me I had an athlete athletes who've told me I had an athlete that won golds in World's Jiu-Jitsu that won golds in World's Jiu-Jitsu that won golds in World's Jiu-Jitsu Championships, and she told me she Championships, and she told me she Championships, and she told me she thought she was going to have an hour to thought she was going to have an hour to thought she was going to have an hour to prepare uh in the corral getting ready prepare uh in the corral getting ready prepare uh in the corral getting ready for a match, but she had five minutes. for a match, but she had five minutes. for a match, but she had five minutes.
