Cold shower results day 3

00:00hi it's Victoria I wanted to talk a little bit about my cold shower results this is day three of taking a cold shower in the morning when I get up the first day uh I really didn't I didn't enjoy I mean I tolerated it but I wasn't I was like this is not going to work and it didn't of course cuz as I said it wasn't but um day two no not so much and I thought you know I I just want to go back to warm showers with the baby singing to the baby and having a good time and no this cold shower thing I'll I'll keep trying it but I don't know what people are talking about it doesn't make you feel that great
01:00it wasn't making me feel that great so day three in the cold shower and uh and I and I was really just toughing it out like not even going from warm to cold just cold jump in let's do this so day three plunged in boom and you know what it felt amazing it felt amazing so I mean I instantly I got I get it right on the back of my neck right here as soon as I the cold water hits there and I noticed the past two mornings before this morning that that helped as well but you know it wasn't it wasn't fun but this morning it was really like fun and felt good I guess fun no it was fun it was fun and it felt
02:00like I was instantly warm once the water hit there I felt warm and actually I I was like trying to run cold make sure I got my arms and my legs on both sides and my front and my face cuz they all were like hot I needed to cool them off so it was a that was a really cool feeling I liked that and then I got out and I did dry brushing which makes me all tingly and then I did handstand a couple of them and I love I can just kick right up next I'm going to practice no wall just doing it free without a wall and I think uh a month I'll have it what do you think every day for a month I think I can do it so what else did I do I tried doing a push-up ever since I had my shoulder injury I don't even remember 5 years ago uh I haven't been able to do a full push-up but I did a
03:00attempting a push-up and some yoga stretches which were really felt really really good and then I did a squat which um is what I'm doing now my feet flat on the Ground full sitting position and right now I'm leaning against the pole uh to help support me hold it this position for a long time so um anyway I'm waiting for George to come out of an appointment and uh there's a waiting room inside and it was dark and there was a TV and I thought I really would rather be outside so I just walked out the door and now look I'm outside I'm outside
