I used an AT HOME SAUNA for 30 Days and THIS Happened…
00Today I'm sharing all of the insane and honestly miraculous health benefits of using an at home sauna. Now some of the results that I saw it happened immediately, like instantly within the first few days. And then some of the other results I did document over a 30-day time span. Now, we have had our sauna for 3 months now, and I wanted to hold off on making this video just in case maybe some of the results were a placebo effect or maybe some of the results would just wear off. And I'm here to say, and I stand behind this, buying a sauna for my home has been the best health purchase I have ever made. Now, I am not exaggerating when I say that. This truly has been a life-changing experience. And if you have maybe ever wondered about trying a sauna or maybe buying one, the one that I purchased, I bought with my own money. This is not sponsored. I researched for months and months, if not year. like I really put a lot of effort into this. Let me just give you a quick agenda of this video. Of course, I'm going to share all of the benefits that you can expect from using a sauna on a more
00regular basis. And then I also want to share the specific model that I bought that I think if if you're interested, like this is a this is such a good one. Like it really really is. I want to share why I chose this one. And then I want to share my protocol like you know how often I use a sauna, just everything that I follow. And then lastly, I want to share all of the specific results that I saw immediately and within the first few weeks. So, let's first just start with the overall benefits of using a sauna. And I typed up so many notes of just stuff I wanted to talk about and cover. I'm going to try to make this first portion quick, but there are so many amazing studies proving how wonderful sauna use is. I want to start with the one that really caught my attention years ago, and it's the one out of Finland. This is a very famous study. They followed thousands of people for over 20 years and it proved that using a sauna between four to seven times per week reduced all cause mortality, meaning just death in general, by at least 40%. Now, when you really dig into the study, it actually
00is probably way more than 40%, which is interesting because they really only compared people that used a sauna once a week versus four to seven times a week. Most people never use a sauna. So, if it proved like using it on a regular basis, 40% like you're less likely of dying. Like, that's a huge number. Another amazing benefit is the dramatic and kind of insane detoxification your body does when you sweat in a sauna. I mean, it it pulls out all of the heavy metals, the chemicals, the toxins, the microplastics very quickly from your body. And and I saw Brian Johnson did this really interesting experiment where he took his blood before he bought a sauna and he's very very healthy and he had very high microplastics, phalates, toxins, chemicals built up in his body. Like some things were like just like really high exposure. And then he got his sauna, used the sauna 15 times, and then retook his blood. And here is a screenshot of all of the dramatic drops in all of these chemicals and microplastics. Like some were like 100%
00completely gone. Others were like a 55 65% drop. It's like a night and day difference. Okay, let me just speed this up. So, for cardiovascular and circulatory benefits, regular use of a sauna will reduce cardiovascular mortality by 40 to 60%. Again, complete insanity. Also, if you have high blood pressure, using a sauna will absolutely lower your blood pressure. So, this is something you should look into if you struggle with that. Using a sauna will also mimic a cardiovascular workout. It will raise your heart rate to 120 to 150 beats per minute, meaning it's like you're exercising or working out, but you're really not, but you're still getting those benefits. Let's move into neurological and mental health benefits. So, if you use a sauna again on a more regular basis, many studies prove this that you can reduce your risk of dementia and Alzheimer's by 65%. The sauna is amazing for our brains. Using a sauna will literally stimulate brain cell growth because it increases
00the production of BDNF, which is brain derived neurotrophic factors. The heat also triggers an endorphine release and it also increases your serotonin levels. So, you just feel happier. You feel like you're in a better mood, but it also lowers your cortisol levels, which means you feel way less stress. There's way less anxiety and depression. There's more I want to say about sleep, but I'm going to save that for some of my results. But let's move on to the longevity and just cellular health that a sauna can provide. And this is a big one. I literally highlighted this in red, but using a sauna will activate heat shock proteins. And so some of you are like, "Oh, I sweat. I don't need I don't I don't need a sauna. I'm already outside." No, you need the high temperatures to activate these heat shock proteins because this is literally your body's most powerful self-rep molecule. This will repair your DNA and repair damaged cells. It reduces the inflammation of the cells in your body and actually extends the lifespan of the cells in your body. And so a little bit
00later, I'm going to share the specific temperature and duration of a sauna use session that you need to do in order to activate these heat shock proteins. But continuing on with cellular health. So using a sauna will absolutely increase your immune system because it actually activates more white blood cells. It also increases the production of red blood cells. It reduces chronic inflammation. It it actually decreases the markers like IL-6 and TNF. And these are linked to almost all degenerative diseases. And it actually decreases them. So, it really improves joint stiffness and pain throughout the entire body. That's another big one. It also improves insulin sensitivity. So, if you're diabetic or you're worried about maybe developing diabetes in the future, that is another huge one. I mean, it helps with hormonal balance, lung function. I mean, I'm just going to stop there. I cannot tell you how many. I mean, it's like on and on and on. I could keep this going, but I want to move on to the specific sauna model that
00I chose and why I think it's the best. Drum roll, please. I chose the hot box sauna. So, again, after months and months, honestly, I think it was like a year and a half of me researching which sauna I wanted to order. This one finally checked every single one of my boxes and I had a lot. They were mainly derived and like I wanted it to be the healthiest sauna. I wanted it to work the best. I had different limitations also with the size. And so that's another reason why I feel like this could work for a lot of people that might have smaller spaces, but I didn't want anything super cheap. I didn't want any plastic. I didn't want things that had glues and chemicals like uh the main reason though, let me just start with this. It is a hybrid sauna. And I had not seen any other sauna like this because I kept going back and forth between wanting a traditional sauna that gets up between like 200 to maybe even 220°. The traditional saunas are the ones that have the best studies on them, you know, proving that they're they're just better than infrared saunas, which a lot of people also prefer infrared, which is just like a different technology. The heat actually penetrates
00your body and your joints. And so, some people prefer the infrared. I kind of wanted both. And this is the first model that I saw that it literally was a hybrid where it did the traditional high heat plus the infrared plus a huge red light. like it literally has red light therapy also built into it. But let's also get into the size and shape of the hot box sauna because I didn't have space in my home to buy this huge walk-in sauna. First of all, those are very expensive to buy and actually run. Also, you need to usually have an electrician come to your home. You need to like rewire your house for it. This one you literally just plug into a standard outlet and you're good to go. It's so simple. It takes 15 minutes to literally assemble this huge, sturdy, strong. It's like handmade in America. It's like this amazing company. They're a small business, although they are getting larger. The quality of this hot box sauna is off the charts. It also costs only 26 cents to run for 2 hours. So, it's extremely efficient. They also
00don't use any paints or sealers or glues. That is incredibly toxic, especially at high temperatures. I mean, that eliminated so many saunas that like I would refuse to buy. Also, EMFs are very important to me. I've talked about that in many, many, many, many of my videos. There's like no no EMFs. They have a Faraday cage built around the incandescent bulbs and the red light. I've taken my EMF meter in. There's little to like no EMFs in there, which is extremely important to me. This sauna heats up within 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how hot you want it. And again, you can get it to be 200 220°. And I mean, that that's like really fast for that amount of high temperatures. Another feature that I absolutely love is the fact that you can turn it on and off from your phone. Like you just get an app on your phone. And there'll be times I'm out maybe at the gym or at yoga. I'll turn it on while I'm there so that when I get home, it's already ready for me and I can just get in. Back to the size and shape of the hot box sauna
00though. I just love how it is amazing for people with smaller areas. Like it doesn't take up a ton of room, but it's still very spacious inside. Like, you would be surprised. Now, there's the standard size and the extra large size. We actually did buy the extra large just because Josh is 65. He's very tall. He fits in this amazingly. In fact, the extra-L large size does fit two people. There will be times where Josh and I get in this together. It it literally will fit two people. Again, it is absolutely not claustrophobic. They now make them actually with windows, but the standard size would also be a great option for most people. I think that's probably their best seller, just the standard size, and it also is even more efficient in heating up. Now, as far as the cost, it's definitely expensive. It's an investment, but it's not nearly as expensive as so many other sauna out there on the market. It is HSA and FSA eligible, so you could look into that. They also have payment plans, and I did reach out to them for a promo code. This is not sponsored. They're not paying me to make this video. I bought the sauna with my own money. I'm telling you guys,
00this is all me. Like, I I want to send business to them because I think they make such an amazing product, but they did give me a a code and it's only 5%. But honestly, 5% on a bigger purchase actually saves you a lot. And I don't think that they usually even ever have sales or anything like that. If you want to use that code, you can. But let's get into how I use my sauna and how often. So, I do it at least four to seven times a week, which probably sounds like a lot, but no, guys, it is so enjoyable. You'll want to do it. You'll crave to do it, but then you feel so good as well. It's like so easy to keep doing it. And then I also make sure the temperature is at least 175 to 180°, which that is the temperature that you need for those heat shock proteins to be ignited, which is exactly what you want. And then I make sure I stay in for at least 19 to 20 minutes. Again, based on all the studies, 19 to 20 minutes is the ideal session length for the heat shock proteins and just all of the benefits. You could go in as long as 30 minutes, but anything beyond that, I think you're
00actually causing more harm than good. So, I would say when you first start, maybe do 10 minutes, see how your body feels, listen to your body, work up to 15. And now, every single time, I'm always doing usually at least 20 minutes. But I get in completely naked. Okay? I think that's the best way. You don't have to, but I would say don't wear plasticky like polyester clothes because that's going to absorb into your body. We don't want that. So, I just get it naked. I always bring a towel with me. I lay the towel down and the first 5 minutes I don't really sweat. It's like pretty darn hot in there. And the first few sessions, I also want to say your nostrils, you might be like, "Oh my gosh, my nostrils are on fire." That's just because that that skin around there is a little bit sensitive, but it's nothing bad. I'm just saying you'll notice that and then you won't even think about it, you know, later on. It's completely normal. After the first 5 minutes, then it's like a faucet turns on and I start pouring sweat. And I will take the towel and I'll like wipe off the sweat as I go along. I bring my phone in there also. Yeah, bring your phone in. Just make sure you keep it on
00the floor when you're using it to protect it against the direct heat. That's another reason why the time flies. It's enjoyable. I'll set my timer to make sure I only stay in for 20 minutes and then I'll scroll on my phone. I watch YouTube videos. I'll be on TikTok. like it's my little like time away. It's my getaway. Like I love it. I will just have my little quiet time and I know that I am doing so many amazing things for my body. Sometimes I'll actually turn around in the sauna and I will let the the infrared technology and the red light penetrate my back and my neck and you can definitely just like move around in there if you want. And I'll also use my night oil which is my own castor oil product on my liver. any part in my body, even on my neck, anywhere there's pain, the infrared and the red light technology in the sauna will make the castor oil penetrate deeper and work better. Then when your session is over, this is also very important. You want to immediately get out, turn off the sauna, and go upstairs or wherever your shower is, your
00bathroom, immediately take a shower, rinse off all of the sweat because that sweat is filled with so many toxins and you don't want that reabsorbed into your body. You want to rinse it off as fast as you can. And then of course you want to drink a lot of water before and after your sauna session because you're losing a lot of liquid when you're in the sauna. But you're also losing a lot of minerals and electrolytes. So you want to replenish that. And so this is the the mineral drops that I have been using for the last I'm not even kidding probably 10 15 years. I remember being pregnant and and using these. They're the best. They have like 87 naturally occurring trace minerals that that your body craves. And so there's no added sugar, no, you know, weird stuff. It's just what your body needs. I recently did an Instagram campaign with them and they gave me a promo code for Amazon. I'll have the the product linked below along with my promo code. I'll put it on the screen. Use that code at checkout and you can save money. I wasn't planning on mentioning that, but it just the the timing is is lining up. It's not sponsored. Now, let's move into the portion of the video you've probably all
00been waiting for. My specific results and benefits that I saw immediately and just in the following weeks. The thing that I also didn't mention in any of this is again that red light and infrared when you're sitting there, it beams on your whole body, like your core and your face. So, when you get out of the sauna, your face is so flushed, but in the best way. I cannot tell you how amazing my skin is and has been since using the sauna. It brings all of the blood and circulation to your whole body, but honestly, your face. And where there is blood, there is life. And so, this has stimulated collagen. It's just made my Oh my gosh, my skin is so amazing. And then that night oil with the castor oil, I'll put that on my face, too. It's just been such an amazing thing. And I'm not saying I have the best skin in the world, but it's the best it's ever looked. Now, that's definitely more vanity, okay? That's just like looking better. But the rest of the results are just amazing long-term, like so much more important to me. And I'm going to save the best one for last. I'm sorry. I also noticed
00immediately, like the first day, that so much less inflammation in my body. And I didn't even think I had tons of inflammation to begin with, but like I woke up the next day so much less puffier. I have struggled with neck issues for the last year, which has been like a new weird I'm even going to chiropractors for it. Like nothing has really like helped. The first time I used the sauna, the first time I woke up and I was like, "Oh my gosh, >> complete 80% improvement." Like it blew my mind. And this was the one where I was like waiting for it to come back. No, this has like changed my whole neck. So, if you have back problems, like anything, anything where there's pain, this could change your life. It instantly made me happier. Okay. Also could just immediately tell like I just felt happier. I felt less stressed. I felt just like a weight off of my shoulders. And again, I don't even feel like I was somebody that like struggled with this. But it definitely boosts the endorphins and the serotonin. Um, I am also extremely thrilled to be using this or will be using this in the winter times because in the summer we get a
00full spectrum of light and I think that contributes to happiness, you know, and this sauna, it's like over here, which is why I'm pointing over here. It has a lot of the spectrum. So, you can use this in the winter months and not get depressed. I also mentioned that saunas will increase your white blood cell count as well as your red blood cells. And so my kids have been back to school a couple for a couple months now. And they've actually gotten sick a few times already, which is not good. And I started feeling like I was catching it from them. My my throat was hurting. I I was getting stuffy. I used the sauna at night and then the next morning I used it again. Completely gone. Like symptoms completely knocked out of my I mean it was very clear like I was about to get sick. There was no doubt in my mind and it completely went away. Now I did mention sleep a little bit earlier in this video. I already thought I slept well. I sleep on a deeper level now. I feel like at night, especially if I use the sauna at night, your body tries to like when you come out, you're obviously hot, you take a shower, then you feel normal, but your body almost like has a cooling mechanism that it it does. And
00it just makes you so relaxed, like so nice. And I feel like I just melt into my sheets. I get just such a deep sleep after using the sauna. It's also been amazing for me with hormone regulation. So, when you use a sauna, it stabilizes your estrogen and progesterone. And then in men, it actually increases their testosterone levels. So if you're like guys can like often take testosterone because they're low. This will help. Anyway, I'm not a man, but I did get monthly headaches. When George, my monthly friend, would come around. I would always know because I would get the George headache. I haven't had a single George headache, not even one in these last three months. And that has never happened to me ever in my life. And now we have made it to the just absolute best result or benefit from me using the sauna. And it's just my energy levels have been through the freaking roof. I am a new person. I have so much energy. I'm the Energizer Bunny. And this is the one where I was like, maybe
00it's a placebo effect. Maybe it's going to wear off. No. 3 months later, here we are. I'm like doing things I've never done before. I'm going to so many workout classes. I'm going to the gym. I'm like, I want more. Let's go shopping. Let's go to the grocery store. Let's clean the house. Like, I am so motivated. It's amazing. It's it's insane. And I noticed this in in one week. So, I would say when you get the sauna, the first week you are detoxing. Like, you're going to be a little drained. You might feel a little bit tired, and that is normal. You don't feel bad, but you can tell your body's detoxing. And then it's like your body is clean suddenly. it like doesn't have all of this crap like all the toxins bogging you down and you are just light as a feather. You're free. Like I love this. That has been just the life-changing thing for me among all the other things that I know internally it's doing for my body. So, I really wanted to put this video out into the world. This is really important to me. So, anyway, I hope you found this video interesting and informational. All of the stuff that I use and recommend, I will have linked in the description box.
00I'll also pin everything in the top comment. You don't have to buy the hot box sauna. I just think it is a fabulous one to buy. And if you do your own research, look into it, and you end up wanting to buy one for your home, you can use that code. Again, not sponsored. They're not paying me to say this. But I hope you enjoy this video. Please subscribe if you're new, and I'll see you in my next one. Bye.
