How to Build an Infrared Sauna for around $150 Infrared Sauna Detox Pt 1

00I want to get you going on your sauna detox program today did you know that it's not necessary to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars to build a sauna in your own home I'm going to show you how to build a sauna the fast cheap and easy way for around $150 and then I'm going to show you how to use it safely and effectively are you ready let's [Music] go in today's toxic World a sauna detox program is absolutely necessary modest estimates suggest that we are exposed to over 700,000 toxic chemicals on a daily basis and according into the EPA toxic
00chemicals are one of the worst environmental problems in the nation responsible for over 80% of cancer deaths so we need a way to detox these extra toxins from our body and a sauna is a perfect way to do this because it's activating our skin the most powerful detoxification tool we have what most people don't know is that near infrared saunas are more powerful for detoxification than any other sauna available there are many reasons for this here are just a few near infrared light penetrates the skin 3 to 4 in deep versus a far infrared sauna which only penetrates 1 and 1/2 in deep and traditional saunas which barely penetrate the surface maybe just a few cenm so this allows for detoxification of our cells organs and our glands on a very deep level including those hard to reach places like our jaw our teeth and our bones and because the light is
00heating us from the inside we can begin to sweat at a much lower temperature than in traditional saunas which allows for a much more comfortable sauna experience than sitting in 140 to 160° sauna in addition our cells are literally designed to absorb near infrared light as a healing and nourishing energy did you know that 37% of the sun's rays are emitted in the near infrared Spectrum the mitochondria in our cells have receptors called chromophor which absorb the near infrared wavelengths and convert them into ATP energy which is adenosine triphosphate and it's the energy currency of our cells so the near and for light is literally energizing our cells then the cells can use that ATP energy to repair and rejuvenate themselves and the most important thing is that sitting in a sauna relaxes us this is because it engages our parasympathetic nervous syst system in
00our busy world today many people are on constant overdrive with a lot of stress in their lives and living in a constant sympathetic State what this means is that all the activity of the body is directed towards our survival so our brain our muscles and our adrenal glands are getting all the energy in the body anything we can do to bring ourselves back into a parasympathetic state is going to promote healing this is because then the energy can be transferred from the organs of survival to the organs of elimination and digestion and when these organs are supported they then begin to dump the toxins there are so many benefits of neur infrared saas you can see a more in-depth discussion of them on my website in the Articles or in my upcoming video the best thing about near and fridge saunas is that they're very easy and cost- effective to set up in your home my sauna cost me about $120 to set up and it's only 36 Cents a day to operate all right without further
00Ado here is how to build a sauna for under $150 in your own home you're going to need a small contained space as you saw I use my bathroom you could use an unused shower space a small closet I've even seen people use a tent in their room if you don't already have a small space in your home there's actually a very cost effective structure you can build out of PVC pipe and some old blankets or or canvas or plastic to cover it it's about $100 to $150 depending on what materials you choose I have instructions for that on my website okay here's what you'll need everything in this list will be posted in a link below so you can go and easily to my website and purchase everything you'll need three or four 250 W near infrared heat lamp bulbs three or four Brer clamp lights these come separately and these are to protect you from burning yourself
00or if you drop it it won't break if your space is bigger than 4T by 4T with 6t tall ceilings you're probably going to want to use four you're also going to want to get a power strip something to clamp the lights on I use a basket I got at Ikea this is probably the trickiest part and it depends on where you're putting it how your bathroom is already designed and what you have to already use as clamps which you're going to need something like a kitchen shelf or a basket to clamp the extra lights on you're also going to need an indoor outdoor thermometer a small efficient space heater some extra towels a stool or something that you can sit on where you can easily rotate back and forth and that's it that's all the stuff you need in the next part I'm going to show you how to assemble the lights on the Breer clamps and then how to clamp everything correctly in your bathroom okay so your red lamp and your Brer clamp are going
00to come separately and this is how you assemble them screw the heat lamp into the porcelain socket attach the adjustable ball joint onto the socket unscrew the clamp holder so you can fit the clamp inside securely screw in the spring steel clamp and then attach the protection piece okay so that's how to do one and then you're going to do the other two or three depending on how many you got all right Next Step I'm going to meet you in the bathroom to show you how to clip them on so you're going to assemble the lights so that they're directed at your torso only avoid having any lights directly pointed at your head also you'll want to be about 18 to 30 in away from the lights the cheaper brdge clamps
00are not the most durable so they can be finicky to get just right voila okay so then you have the light set up and depending on what your light setup is you're going to buy an appropriate chair or stool that so that the lights are pointed at your torso not your head you don't want the lights directly at your head you want them at your torso so this is how I've set my sauna up let's take a look at how some other people have set theirs up
00it's so soothing it feels like laying on a beach on a cool day with the Sun hitting your skin and just warming you up from the inside and it's hot I mean it gets hot really fast especially with four and then you add the heater in here and you can get this baby pumping so if you have trouble sweating normally don't worry about that um it actually took me a few weeks to get sweating really well and sometimes it takes people a lot of like many months to start sweating so just give it some time your skin will adapt your pores will start to open up your body will start to adapt to the Heat and then you're you'll actually start to sweat a lot sooner and a lot more than you ever have I actually measured my sweat and I got a/4 cup of sweat One Time by standing up and into a
00cookie sheet and I I measured it so it's quite a lot in my next video I'm going to show you how to use your sauna and I'm going to give some safety tips and Contra indications as well so be sure to watch that that is how to build a sauna for around $150 super excited for you to build your own sauna at home in fact I'm so excited that I'm running a contest and the person who sends me the best photo of them in their near in Fred sauna will win a free enema kit from my online store so definitely join the contest let's make this fun and get you detoxing right away visit my website for more information about sauna benefits and how to build your own sauna this is Trista T from NB detox thank you for joining me on your journey back to radiant Heth
