02:00and i and i was actually in medical and i and i was actually in medical school school school and i was in my last year medical school and i was in my last year medical school and i was in my last year medical school and the pressure and the pressure and the pressure and the competition and the competition and the competition just started weighing down on me and my just started weighing down on me and my just started weighing down on me and my mental health started to decline very mental health started to decline very mental health started to decline very very very quickly and so i started very very quickly and so i started very very quickly and so i started having this mental health crisis having this mental health crisis having this mental health crisis and and i ended up i ended up i ended up just breaking down and self-sabotaging just breaking down and self-sabotaging just breaking down and self-sabotaging and six months before and six months before and six months before my my my graduation graduation graduation um i failed out um i failed out um i failed out and i left in this just uproar of and i left in this just uproar of and i left in this just uproar of self-sabotage and and self-sabotage and and self-sabotage and and just destroying everything just destroying everything just destroying everything and maybe because i didn't feel like i and maybe because i didn't feel like i and maybe because i didn't feel like i deserved it or the pressure was too much deserved it or the pressure was too much deserved it or the pressure was too much or it was just my mental health was just or it was just my mental health was just or it was just my mental health was just taking this huge taking this huge taking this huge downward spiral downward spiral downward spiral which i thought you know at that moment which i thought you know at that moment which i thought you know at that moment i thought that hey maybe that i can i thought that hey maybe that i can i thought that hey maybe that i can change all of it again and um change all of it again and um change all of it again and um but it started getting worse because i but it started getting worse because i but it started getting worse because i was so elevated up here and and what the
03:00was so elevated up here and and what the was so elevated up here and and what the idea that i thought about myself and the idea that i thought about myself and the idea that i thought about myself and the the pressure from my family the pressure the pressure from my family the pressure the pressure from my family the pressure that i i thought my family was putting that i i thought my family was putting that i i thought my family was putting on me right on me right on me right and so i started going deeper and deeper and so i started going deeper and deeper and so i started going deeper and deeper down because i started having this down because i started having this down because i started having this identity identity crisis i was my whole identity identity crisis i was my whole identity identity crisis i was my whole identity was stuck in this image of what identity was stuck in this image of what identity was stuck in this image of what i was supposed to be and so i was supposed to be and so i was supposed to be and so mental health went way down had identity mental health went way down had identity mental health went way down had identity crisis nervous breakdown crisis nervous breakdown crisis nervous breakdown tried to get help tried to get help tried to get help and actually threw me into this and actually threw me into this and actually threw me into this really massive really massive really massive manic manic manic episode and in this manic episode episode and in this manic episode episode and in this manic episode i ended up destroying every relationship i ended up destroying every relationship i ended up destroying every relationship that i had that i had that i had i was hurting a lot of people my family i was hurting a lot of people my family i was hurting a lot of people my family my relationships my relationships my relationships my friends my friends my friends and um i ended up getting arrested i was um i ended up getting arrested i was getting in trouble and it drove me deep getting in trouble and it drove me deep getting in trouble and it drove me deep further and further down into mental further and further down into mental further and further down into mental illness and struggle to the point where
04:00illness and struggle to the point where illness and struggle to the point where i was homeless i had nothing i had no i was homeless i had nothing i had no i was homeless i had nothing i had no one and i was living out of my car one and i was living out of my car one and i was living out of my car and in my darkest days how i wanted to and in my darkest days how i wanted to and in my darkest days how i wanted to end my life end my life end my life um and um and um and my biggest mistake of my biggest mistake of my biggest mistake of during this episode ended up actually during this episode ended up actually during this episode ended up actually kind of getting kind of getting kind of getting publicly publicly publicly shared nationally and shared nationally and shared nationally and um it was um it was um it was it was this moment in my life where it was this moment in my life where it was this moment in my life where like that this was my new identity this like that this was my new identity this like that this was my new identity this was the story i was telling myself like was the story i was telling myself like was the story i was telling myself like i'm not this per person anymore and i'm i'm not this per person anymore and i'm i'm not this per person anymore and i'm this this this failure i'm this failure i'm this failure i'm this like low class low boss the shame yeah like low class low boss the shame yeah like low class low boss the shame yeah right the shame the embarrassment and it right the shame the embarrassment and it right the shame the embarrassment and it wasn't even me but having it broadcast wasn't even me but having it broadcast wasn't even me but having it broadcast to everyone and having my story told for to everyone and having my story told for to everyone and having my story told for me me me and my deepest darkest moment of my life and my deepest darkest moment of my life and my deepest darkest moment of my life just just just took me down to such a deep level where took me down to such a deep level where took me down to such a deep level where i didn't want to live anymore i had i didn't want to live anymore i had i didn't want to live anymore i had nothing i had absolutely nothing nothing i had absolutely nothing nothing i had absolutely nothing and and at this moment this pivotal moment
05:00at this moment this pivotal moment at this moment this pivotal moment um i was actually living in a campground um i was actually living in a campground um i was actually living in a campground in madison wisconsin in madison wisconsin in madison wisconsin and and my darkest time i'm like you know what my darkest time i'm like you know what my darkest time i'm like you know what i'm just going to take a shower and this i'm just going to take a shower and this i'm just going to take a shower and this was like in october was like in october was like in october about oh this is about six seven years about oh this is about six seven years about oh this is about six seven years ago ago ago and and the showers at this campground were they the showers at this campground were they the showers at this campground were they didn't have any didn't have any didn't have any water heaters and so i went into the water heaters and so i went into the water heaters and so i went into the shower shower shower and it was cold and it was cold and it was cold and after that shower i'm like you know and after that shower i'm like you know and after that shower i'm like you know what maybe i can what maybe i can what maybe i can wait till tomorrow right maybe i'll just wait till tomorrow right maybe i'll just wait till tomorrow right maybe i'll just stick it out one more day and one day stick it out one more day and one day stick it out one more day and one day just kept kind of rolling and to the just kept kind of rolling and to the just kept kind of rolling and to the point where i started getting back on my point where i started getting back on my point where i started getting back on my feet a little bit i started feeling feet a little bit i started feeling feet a little bit i started feeling better like something changed in me in better like something changed in me in better like something changed in me in that moment with that shower that moment with that shower that moment with that shower and um and um and um i just started kind of putting back i just started kind of putting back i just started kind of putting back together the pieces together the pieces together the pieces until eventually i moved to milwaukee until eventually i moved to milwaukee until eventually i moved to milwaukee and i started and i started and i started going into lake michigan every single going into lake michigan every single going into lake michigan every single day and i was working i got a menial job
06:00day and i was working i got a menial job day and i was working i got a menial job doing some handyman work doing some handyman work doing some handyman work and and i'm like i wanted i was again i was i'm like i wanted i was again i was i'm like i wanted i was again i was going through a big dip depression i going through a big dip depression i going through a big dip depression i wasn't fulfilled i'm like this isn't my wasn't fulfilled i'm like this isn't my wasn't fulfilled i'm like this isn't my purpose isn't what i meant to be here on purpose isn't what i meant to be here on purpose isn't what i meant to be here on this earth for and i just started this earth for and i just started this earth for and i just started getting really depressed anxiety panic getting really depressed anxiety panic getting really depressed anxiety panic attacks ptsd from what i went through attacks ptsd from what i went through attacks ptsd from what i went through like still trying to deal with that like still trying to deal with that like still trying to deal with that stuff stuff stuff so i so i so i one day i'm like you know what i'm just one day i'm like you know what i'm just one day i'm like you know what i'm just gonna go all in gonna go all in gonna go all in and i'm gonna manifest and create the and i'm gonna manifest and create the and i'm gonna manifest and create the life that i want to live life that i want to live life that i want to live and what i envision it and i'm gonna use and what i envision it and i'm gonna use and what i envision it and i'm gonna use cold water as cold water as cold water as the vehicle as the portal to get me the vehicle as the portal to get me the vehicle as the portal to get me there there there so i started going into to lake michigan so i started going into to lake michigan so i started going into to lake michigan every single every single every single day not trying to count days just doing day not trying to count days just doing day not trying to count days just doing it for me and for my own health it for me and for my own health it for me and for my own health and and after six months of doing that um after six months of doing that um after six months of doing that um everything changed so i got everything changed so i got everything changed so i got i went from this menial i went from i went from this menial i went from i went from this menial i went from homeless to this menial job to becoming homeless to this menial job to becoming homeless to this menial job to becoming an executive of of
07:00an executive of of an executive of of one of wisconsin's biggest property one of wisconsin's biggest property one of wisconsin's biggest property management firms management firms management firms running 60 employees running 60 employees running 60 employees um working with the you know going to um working with the you know going to um working with the you know going to work and seeing the ceo of the green bay work and seeing the ceo of the green bay work and seeing the ceo of the green bay packers and you know packers and you know packers and you know just like just like just like out of nowhere right and just out of nowhere right and just out of nowhere right and just being being being you know doing this thing that was you know doing this thing that was you know doing this thing that was better than leaning into this discomfort better than leaning into this discomfort better than leaning into this discomfort that i was going through and facing it that i was going through and facing it that i was going through and facing it um um it it kind of changed everything um as i it it kind of changed everything um as i it it kind of changed everything um as i got there got there got there things started happening where all of a things started happening where all of a things started happening where all of a sudden you know i wanted this high level sudden you know i wanted this high level sudden you know i wanted this high level job and to be important right and then job and to be important right and then job and to be important right and then once i got there once i got there once i got there it changed i'm like i don't really want it changed i'm like i don't really want it changed i'm like i don't really want this right and so now this right and so now this right and so now two months ago two and a half months ago two months ago two and a half months ago two months ago two and a half months ago i left it i left it i left it and i left it and i left it and i left it to start again to start again to start again and and because i'm like this was all an because i'm like this was all an because i'm like this was all an experiment could i do this and then i if experiment could i do this and then i if experiment could i do this and then i if i can do it once i can do it again and i can do it once i can do it again and i can do it once i can do it again and so now it's starting off from zero and
08:00so now it's starting off from zero and so now it's starting off from zero and building up to be able to coach these building up to be able to coach these building up to be able to coach these methods that i've been doing in my own methods that i've been doing in my own methods that i've been doing in my own life life um to teach us to other people who are um to teach us to other people who are um to teach us to other people who are motivated to go out and wanting to motivated to go out and wanting to motivated to go out and wanting to change their life wanting to overcome change their life wanting to overcome change their life wanting to overcome their self-limiting beliefs their self-limiting beliefs their self-limiting beliefs and to you know create a better business and to you know create a better business and to you know create a better business be a better parent be a better be a better parent be a better be a better parent be a better have a better relationship you know have a better relationship you know have a better relationship you know be just a better human being be just a better human being be just a better human being and and you know within you know within you know within and now it's like within these last and now it's like within these last and now it's like within these last two months two months two months i've i've i've almost almost almost gotten back to the level of gotten back to the level of gotten back to the level of of of of the the pay that i was getting in this the the pay that i was getting in this the the pay that i was getting in this big executive job big executive job big executive job being able to coach this and give this being able to coach this and give this being able to coach this and give this to others um all the secrets that's to others um all the secrets that's to others um all the secrets that's amazing so and so that's you know we we amazing so and so that's you know we we amazing so and so that's you know we we went over a lot in your story let's went over a lot in your story let's went over a lot in your story let's unpack you know what's the one decision unpack you know what's the one decision unpack you know what's the one decision i guess that you know kind of helped you i guess that you know kind of helped you i guess that you know kind of helped you to become successful because you were to become successful because you were to become successful because you were successful already kind of with the successful already kind of with the successful already kind of with the sports in in the medical school then hit
09:00sports in in the medical school then hit sports in in the medical school then hit rock bottom boom right then you had rock bottom boom right then you had rock bottom boom right then you had nothing again then went top right to top nothing again then went top right to top nothing again then went top right to top executive executive executive again super successful and boom you've again super successful and boom you've again super successful and boom you've started off your you're you know into started off your you're you know into started off your you're you know into coaching and developing your own brand coaching and developing your own brand coaching and developing your own brand and then it's like you're already in and then it's like you're already in and then it's like you're already in like almost two and a half three months like almost two and a half three months like almost two and a half three months now finding the similar levels of now finding the similar levels of now finding the similar levels of successes like you know successes like you know successes like you know from you know rock bottom to top to from you know rock bottom to top to from you know rock bottom to top to bottom to top again almost essentially bottom to top again almost essentially bottom to top again almost essentially it's like you know what's it's like you know what's it's like you know what's what you know decisions did you make if what you know decisions did you make if what you know decisions did you make if there's one is there a couple that you there's one is there a couple that you there's one is there a couple that you know allowed you to propel forward when know allowed you to propel forward when know allowed you to propel forward when you were at your lowest of the lows yeah exactly and um i think the biggest yeah exactly and um i think the biggest decision decision decision that i i made or the choices that i make that i i made or the choices that i make that i i made or the choices that i make is um not running away is um not running away is um not running away from my problems from my past from from my problems from my past from from my problems from my past from um um the uncomfortableness and that's the uncomfortableness and that's the uncomfortableness and that's something that i learned about going something that i learned about going something that i learned about going into the cold water every single day was into the cold water every single day was into the cold water every single day was you have to face you have to face you have to face who you are who you are who you are and you have to find this discomfort and you have to find this discomfort and you have to find this discomfort this comfort zone and you have to lean
