1:03cocktail that again this isn't hum lab cocktail that again this isn't hum lab so we don't have to go into all those so we don't have to go into all those so we don't have to go into all those drugs but there is something and that to drugs but there is something and that to drugs but there is something and that to know that that sort of repeated exposure know that that sort of repeated exposure know that that sort of repeated exposure to that the benefits that were in there to that the benefits that were in there to that the benefits that were in there for me mentally were they way out for me mentally were they way out for me mentally were they way out outperformed anything that was remotely outperformed anything that was remotely outperformed anything that was remotely on my radar like that was a lovely on my radar like that was a lovely on my radar like that was a lovely surprise I also you mentioned heat and surprise I also you mentioned heat and surprise I also you mentioned heat and and uh I want to go there next and uh I want to go there next and uh I want to go there next in part because one of the most in part because one of the most in part because one of the most debilitating things that's that's ever debilitating things that's that's ever debilitating things that's that's ever happened to me was I got this radical happened to me was I got this radical happened to me was I got this radical inner ear infection it's called inner ear infection it's called inner ear infection it's called labyrinthitis and I woke up one morning labyrinthitis and I woke up one morning labyrinthitis and I woke up one morning with essentially a 20 beer buzz and with essentially a 20 beer buzz and with essentially a 20 beer buzz and you're like oh wow well I'm telling you you're like oh wow well I'm telling you you're like oh wow well I'm telling you you can't walk you can't move and I had you can't walk you can't move and I had you can't walk you can't move and I had this for months like six months couldn't this for months like six months couldn't this for months like six months couldn't drive couldn't it was yeah and it was drive couldn't it was yeah and it was drive couldn't it was yeah and it was completely freak uh Western medicine you completely freak uh Western medicine you completely freak uh Western medicine you know I'm I remember being in the know I'm I remember being in the know I'm I remember being in the hospital hospital hospital you know they shoot you up with all you know they shoot you up with all you know they shoot you up with all kinds of dope because it's the only way kinds of dope because it's the only way kinds of dope because it's the only way you can actually function um with your
1:04you can actually function um with your you can actually function um with your you know my eyeballs were racing you know my eyeballs were racing you know my eyeballs were racing independently in my you know in my head independently in my you know in my head independently in my you know in my head and the Western medicine was saying hey and the Western medicine was saying hey and the Western medicine was saying hey you know we're just going to keep you you know we're just going to keep you you know we're just going to keep you here we hope it gets better some people here we hope it gets better some people here we hope it gets better some people are like this forever and I mean you can are like this forever and I mean you can are like this forever and I mean you can imagine the headp space that you go in imagine the headp space that you go in imagine the headp space that you go in when that pops under your brain it's when that pops under your brain it's when that pops under your brain it's terrifying but the thing that actually I terrifying but the thing that actually I terrifying but the thing that actually I attribute to beating it was attribute to beating it was attribute to beating it was I went to you know basic Eastern I went to you know basic Eastern I went to you know basic Eastern medicine alternative medicine and they medicine alternative medicine and they medicine alternative medicine and they had me they would intentionally induce a had me they would intentionally induce a had me they would intentionally induce a fever and my body's ability to both fever and my body's ability to both fever and my body's ability to both regulate and that that's what a fever regulate and that that's what a fever regulate and that that's what a fever does in your body right it kills the does in your body right it kills the does in your body right it kills the virus because viruses can live in very virus because viruses can live in very virus because viruses can live in very narrow temperature ranges so it kills narrow temperature ranges so it kills narrow temperature ranges so it kills the virus but what I learned later was the virus but what I learned later was the virus but what I learned later was that it was actually that your body's that it was actually that your body's that it was actually that your body's ability to learn to regulate its own ability to learn to regulate its own ability to learn to regulate its own temperature that that I was in a PTSD temperature that that I was in a PTSD temperature that that I was in a PTSD cycle because of that you know anytime cycle because of that you know anytime cycle because of that you know anytime I'd move my head quickly my body I'd move my head quickly my body I'd move my head quickly my body automatically thinks that the world's
