04:00physically physically and this the combination of the Heat and and this the combination of the Heat and and this the combination of the Heat and the cold seemed very good for what I do the cold seemed very good for what I do the cold seemed very good for what I do for a living and movement is very for a living and movement is very for a living and movement is very healing to me so I I believe strongly in healing to me so I I believe strongly in healing to me so I I believe strongly in just challenging yourself and I tell just challenging yourself and I tell just challenging yourself and I tell everybody when I walk in my kids don't everybody when I walk in my kids don't everybody when I walk in my kids don't believe I do it and I'm like no no I believe I do it and I'm like no no I believe I do it and I'm like no no I really do get in the tub and um I just really do get in the tub and um I just really do get in the tub and um I just find that find that find that it's it's something worth experimenting it's it's something worth experimenting it's it's something worth experimenting to see if you can go a little bit above to see if you can go a little bit above to see if you can go a little bit above your comfort zone important especially your comfort zone important especially your comfort zone important especially with as much as you move how many with as much as you move how many with as much as you move how many classes do you teach a day I teach classes do you teach a day I teach classes do you teach a day I teach Pilates about 20 hours a week wow so I'm Pilates about 20 hours a week wow so I'm Pilates about 20 hours a week wow so I'm moving every day at least like today was moving every day at least like today was moving every day at least like today was a 7-h hour day so I just got done a 7-h hour day so I just got done a 7-h hour day so I just got done teaching seven hours but I don't move teaching seven hours but I don't move teaching seven hours but I don't move 100% with each of the clients I have to 100% with each of the clients I have to 100% with each of the clients I have to watch them but um it's the the contrast watch them but um it's the the contrast watch them but um it's the the contrast has been very good for my body thank you has been very good for my body thank you has been very good for my body thank you for sharing that
05:00uh so I came for my first try cuz it was uh so I came for my first try cuz it was free I was like never done it ever cold free I was like never done it ever cold free I was like never done it ever cold plunge never Lov sauna so I knew I could plunge never Lov sauna so I knew I could plunge never Lov sauna so I knew I could get through the heat no problem how long get through the heat no problem how long get through the heat no problem how long have you been SAA um rarely but when I have you been SAA um rarely but when I have you been SAA um rarely but when I do I just find it very enjoyable the do I just find it very enjoyable the do I just find it very enjoyable the heat like my body loves heat so um I heat like my body loves heat so um I heat like my body loves heat so um I don't know I I watched videos of other don't know I I watched videos of other don't know I I watched videos of other people and all this hype so I was like people and all this hype so I was like people and all this hype so I was like I'm just going to try it step out of my I'm just going to try it step out of my I'm just going to try it step out of my comfort zone and Not only was the staff comfort zone and Not only was the staff comfort zone and Not only was the staff very helpful and stepping me through my very helpful and stepping me through my very helpful and stepping me through my first first first session I left the tub and felt session I left the tub and felt session I left the tub and felt completely relaxed like a relax that completely relaxed like a relax that completely relaxed like a relax that I've never felt before um that when I I've never felt before um that when I I've never felt before um that when I went to go share my experience with went to go share my experience with went to go share my experience with friends I'd say oh my God it's like an friends I'd say oh my God it's like an friends I'd say oh my God it's like an instant Xanax I'd come out my heart rate instant Xanax I'd come out my heart rate instant Xanax I'd come out my heart rate I'm sorry was totally love totally decre I'm sorry was totally love totally decre I'm sorry was totally love totally decre increased I could take a deep breath
