04:00testosterone testosterone and again it was low energy fatigue lack and again it was low energy fatigue lack and again it was low energy fatigue lack of motivation right all of those things of motivation right all of those things of motivation right all of those things and in women they actually had some and in women they actually had some and in women they actually had some overlapping s symptoms of fatigue you overlapping s symptoms of fatigue you overlapping s symptoms of fatigue you know lack of energy holding weight on know lack of energy holding weight on know lack of energy holding weight on their midsection but their's tended to their midsection but their's tended to their midsection but their's tended to be more of a what we you know a thyroid be more of a what we you know a thyroid be more of a what we you know a thyroid issue in terms of what their what their issue in terms of what their what their issue in terms of what their what their uh blood would show I mean you see uh blood would show I mean you see uh blood would show I mean you see something similar and what are some of something similar and what are some of something similar and what are some of those root hormones uh that you really those root hormones uh that you really those root hormones uh that you really look at like hey this is the sort of look at like hey this is the sort of look at like hey this is the sort of dominant dominant dominant that starts to crash all the other that starts to crash all the other that starts to crash all the other hormones when you look at women so I hormones when you look at women so I hormones when you look at women so I think it's almost a similar conversation think it's almost a similar conversation think it's almost a similar conversation right like we start with women looking right like we start with women looking right like we start with women looking at cortisol again because I think that at cortisol again because I think that at cortisol again because I think that spike in cortisol in fact I just was spike in cortisol in fact I just was spike in cortisol in fact I just was lecturing this past weekend to doctors lecturing this past weekend to doctors lecturing this past weekend to doctors talking about hypothalamic inflammation talking about hypothalamic inflammation talking about hypothalamic inflammation which is an area of the brain that is which is an area of the brain that is which is an area of the brain that is very much responsible for how we sense very much responsible for how we sense very much responsible for how we sense our environment and we're seeing a lot our environment and we're seeing a lot our environment and we're seeing a lot of the dysfunction in hormones really of the dysfunction in hormones really of the dysfunction in hormones really beginning there right and that's a beginning there right and that's a beginning there right and that's a cortisol story that's an adrenaline cortisol story that's an adrenaline cortisol story that's an adrenaline story so that's Universal for both men story so that's Universal for both men story so that's Universal for both men and women I think the more that cortisol
