I injured myself in 2007 at work in a I injured myself in 2007 at work in a I injured myself in 2007 at work in a training exercise uh wearing a uh full training exercise uh wearing a uh full training exercise uh wearing a uh full body harness. fell um 20 30 feet or so body harness. fell um 20 30 feet or so body harness. fell um 20 30 feet or so and uh the harness the bleet attached to and uh the harness the bleet attached to and uh the harness the bleet attached to the pelvis caught me and um it ended up the pelvis caught me and um it ended up the pelvis caught me and um it ended up crushing uh my left leg uh pondal nerve crushing uh my left leg uh pondal nerve crushing uh my left leg uh pondal nerve and then also um my genitalia

And um as embarrassing as it is talking um as embarrassing as it is talking um as embarrassing as it is talking about my genitalia and crushing them and about my genitalia and crushing them and about my genitalia and crushing them and all these other things, I noticed after all these other things, I noticed after all these other things, I noticed after about a week and a half or two weeks of about a week and a half or two weeks of about a week and a half or two weeks of going in the pool and being cold in the going in the pool and being cold in the going in the pool and being cold in the winter time and then going to jiu-jitsu, winter time and then going to jiu-jitsu, winter time and then going to jiu-jitsu, it was all by total accident because I it was all by total accident because I it was all by total accident because I was so sore and I don't want to take was so sore and I don't want to take was so sore and I don't want to take Tylenol or Advil every day and and and Tylenol or Advil every day and and and Tylenol or Advil every day and and and get an ulcer, mess up my liver. I'm very get an ulcer, mess up my liver. I'm very get an ulcer, mess up my liver. I'm very much because of my wonderful mother much because of my wonderful mother much because of my wonderful mother believe in more holistic approaches to believe in more holistic approaches to believe in more holistic approaches to things. Went to my doctor and going on here? Went to my doctor and going on here? Went to my doctor and drew my labs and he's drew my labs and he's drew my labs and he's like come on dude what are you what are like come on dude what are you what are like come on dude what are you what are you taking? You going did you drive down you taking? You going did you drive down you taking? You going did you drive down to Tijana and get some little protein in to Tijana and get some little protein in to Tijana and get some little protein in a vial? I'm like, "No, dude." Like, he's a vial? I'm like, "No, dude." Like, he's a vial? I'm like, "No, dude." Like, he's like, "Well, whatever you're doing, keep like, "Well, whatever you're doing, keep like, "Well, whatever you're doing, keep doing it." Then I um Do you remember the doing it."
