02:00into surgery and really love it so I into surgery and really love it so I ended up not going to physical therapy ended up not going to physical therapy ended up not going to physical therapy school I did that for about 5 years and school I did that for about 5 years and school I did that for about 5 years and then I switched to Anesthesia um at the then I switched to Anesthesia um at the then I switched to Anesthesia um at the hospital and really loved that the hospital and really loved that the hospital and really loved that the adrenaline and the excitement you get to adrenaline and the excitement you get to adrenaline and the excitement you get to be around a lot of Surgeons a lot of be around a lot of Surgeons a lot of be around a lot of Surgeons a lot of medical issues and then I kind of fell medical issues and then I kind of fell medical issues and then I kind of fell out of love with the system and out of love with the system and out of love with the system and obviously the hospital and surgeries are obviously the hospital and surgeries are obviously the hospital and surgeries are there for a reason um but they're not there for a reason um but they're not there for a reason um but they're not really caring for you and they they really caring for you and they they really caring for you and they they speak on a lot of things that they don't speak on a lot of things that they don't speak on a lot of things that they don't have a lot of knowledge have a lot of knowledge have a lot of knowledge about and I always had a side job like about and I always had a side job like about and I always had a side job like working in coffee or something like that working in coffee or something like that working in coffee or something like that so I got a side job as a massage so I got a side job as a massage so I got a side job as a massage therapist and during covid I just went therapist and during covid I just went therapist and during covid I just went on my own and I was able to support me on my own and I was able to support me on my own and I was able to support me and my son with just my massage and my son with just my massage and my son with just my massage career and during Co obviously it was career and during Co obviously it was career and during Co obviously it was hard for everybody so I started doing hard for everybody so I started doing hard for everybody so I started doing the 75 day hard and cold therapy it
03:00the 75 day hard and cold therapy it the 75 day hard and cold therapy it changed my life um I wasn't mentally in changed my life um I wasn't mentally in changed my life um I wasn't mentally in the best place physically my body hurt the best place physically my body hurt the best place physically my body hurt from upping my massages that I was doing from upping my massages that I was doing from upping my massages that I was doing every week and I didn't realize like how every week and I didn't realize like how every week and I didn't realize like how much it changed my life mentally and I much it changed my life mentally and I much it changed my life mentally and I just became a kind of a different person just became a kind of a different person just became a kind of a different person I'm just a really calm person my stress I'm just a really calm person my stress I'm just a really calm person my stress level was lower you know being a single level was lower you know being a single level was lower you know being a single mom is can be hard and uh yeah so I was mom is can be hard and uh yeah so I was mom is can be hard and uh yeah so I was fixing up a house and got really into fixing up a house and got really into fixing up a house and got really into real estate and investment properties real estate and investment properties real estate and investment properties and I just kind of wanted to offer this and I just kind of wanted to offer this and I just kind of wanted to offer this to everybody so I'm super about cold to everybody so I'm super about cold to everybody so I'm super about cold therapy and then I wanted just to add it therapy and then I wanted just to add it therapy and then I wanted just to add it to massage I always give people an ice to massage I always give people an ice to massage I always give people an ice pack when they leave for massage and pack when they leave for massage and pack when they leave for massage and tell them to go home and ice and drink tell them to go home and ice and drink tell them to go home and ice and drink lots of water so they not they're not lots of water so they not they're not lots of water so they not they're not sore and so I was like well I'll just sore and so I was like well I'll just sore and so I was like well I'll just add this it's a little simple add this it's a little simple add this it's a little simple cryotherapy go home feel better and then cryotherapy go home feel better and then cryotherapy go home feel better and then there was no cryo in the valley small there was no cryo in the valley small there was no cryo in the valley small Valley and it just blew up and kind of Valley and it just blew up and kind of Valley and it just blew up and kind of took on a m of its own and now I'm took on a m of its own and now I'm took on a m of its own and now I'm sitting here two and a half years later
