01:00techniques i have discovered wim hof and his techniques due to my girlfriend but also recently from peter's video where he climbs kilimanjaro in 24 hours that's pretty crazy and it is awesome that he was able to do that and he get actually help from wimhoff himself he's in the video also with him he was planning the trip with him and he was able to climb that mountain kilimanjaro in 24 hours only and only because of these breathing methods because without that he would be dead probably and before we knew it we were signing a document stating that if we die this evening the rangers would have no liability for our deaths and we survived thanks to the breathing exercises he has this breathing method

03:00that great is do you remember the video where i was talking about my knee injuries if not you can check it out also in the corner but i went to see a doctor again and it turned out that my lingam and cruciatus is all broken and also my meniscus meniscus meniscus i don't know the pronunciation is also and i will probably need to go on surgery with my knee my brother was also on the surgery and it is not nice there is a really long recovery after that like two months almost so yeah that's really really bad but i'm staying strong and i've decided i need to learn these methods because this will help me to stay mentally healthy also and physically

09:00exercise done to get more energy and blood going through my body and warm up because this exercise will really kick you off for the day and you will be ready and full of energy but i'm still not able to hold the breath for the last part i only managed to do the first two parts of breath hold but the last one is really hard and i will be better and better and i can do also the last part after like month or something like that but now i have also something else for you i'm also doing his cold shower everyday challenge so he said first you should get warm water just a little bit and then cold so let's go
10:00this is great i love it because also it's summer time so it's hot outside and the cold shower is really good last day of the week so the one week of wim hof breathing exercise is done i was doing it from tuesday to tuesday and i forgot there is also one reason why i am doing these breathing exercises and if you look closely to my bucket list there is also
11:00meditation and we can say that these briefing exercises are some kind of like meditation or something like that we can say you concentrate your mind and you are focusing only on your body and on the moment and meditation is also bit subjective because everyone feels something else under the term of meditation so i think this is at least a good start for the meditation so the progress in the method uh i'm still not able to do the whole beginner video because in the last part i am not able to hold one minute and 30 seconds do you want to prolong your breath hold pause the video now but before that i was not even able to hold 30 seconds without this exercise i am really bad at holding my breath
12:00so it's really helpful because i'm able to hold for like one minute and 10 seconds but the biggest benefit of that is when you do this exercise after that you feel refreshed ready for the day ready to do everything and it is just so good start for the day you pump your blood you are feeling better i need to say that when you are breathing i don't feel something special or something like that i just concentrate fully on the breathing but when i'm holding the breath i can feel the tingling and the blood coming through my body and oxygen flowing and yeah i just feel this euphoria you just feel this great moment and i really enjoyed it when i hold my breath because i'm fully concentrated on my body but
