01:00It is officially day two, guys, and I slept amazing. Google did say that taking cold showers does help with sleep, and honestly, it worked. So, now let's go jump into a cold, freezing shower. Now, guys, I was super nervous going into the shower, especially since I just woken up. Okay, guys, let me break down the three stages of taking a cold shower. Stage one, the nervous buildup. You're just staring at the shower thinking, "Why am I doing this?" Stage two, that instant regret. The second that freezing water hits you, your body is screaming. And finally, stage three, survival mode. You're shivering. You're freaking out, but you're trying to play it cool like you're totally fine. This is way colder than yesterday. 1 minute. >> And guys, I'm not lying. Day two felt way colder than day one. I don't know why, but it just felt like the water was hitting different, and it felt like the longest shower ever, and I was just counting down, waiting for that timer to finish. All right, guys. So, it's been a couple of hours since my cold shower this morning, and honestly, I have just been feeling amazing. I slept well last night.
