30 Day Cold Shower Challenge Complete What Are The Results

00:00welcome travelers today is the mark completion of my 30-day cold shower challenge that is correct I started 30 days ago and every day I've taken a cold shower so here's how the results okay first of all I'm going to go through the list of what some of the benefits are on this specific search result and then I will say from my experiences also so increases alertness I guess I didn't really notice a huge difference I feel that I'm pretty alert in general anyway so maybe if you're less alert it'll help you I could see how though refines hair and skin my hair
01:00I guess yeah it does a little bit I felt my skin complexion getting better less pale you can't really tell right now but yeah I could see that comparative to like if I'm comparing any giant like since I did this in January the month of January I'm comparing like my history of January's that I can remember and yet I would say so improves immunity and circulation I have not gotten sick I was sick I was get just fighting a coffee I was just getting over it when I started this challenge so since then I have not gotten sick weight-loss stimulatory and circulation blood flow yeah you know what I could say I feel that because I used to feel very cold in my like extremities like my fingertips my fingers and my my feet and

03:00believe they mean recovery in general that's true that is true for me I felt less like the duration of soreness from the gym and exercising is less because of the cold partly because of the cold showers eases stress ah this challenge for me is kind of unique because I've done a lot of things to reduce stress in the first place in terms of meditating and all these things so overall I felt less stressed anyways does it each stress I will say in the moment like off get taking the shower and then you get out of the cold shower and you're nice and you're drying off you feel like a nice sense of calmness there relieves depression alright wouldn't again I what I'm not depressed I wasn't depressed here's how I will say it can relieve depression no
04:00I can say this for someone who is depressed if you do this I don't know about the actual physical benefits but the feeling of accomplishment that you did something is rewarding so I feel good about myself because I stuck to this challenge and I did it and I put myself out of my comfort zone to going to the cold shower etc that being said I don't know if it actually biologically relieves depression but I can see psychologically how it could so from my own perspective outside of those would I say that makes a massive physical difference in my opinion thirty days is really not enough time to to tell the a cold shower is like like a two minutes a five minute you know whatever part of your day even if like I even if you go as high as 10 minutes on a 24 hour day so will it help
05:00incrementally yes but this is something I'd probably you'd have to see in the long run the long term what I will do kind of what I've determined to do is I will take warm showers to wash for the purpose of cleaning and then lower the water temperature and stay under the cold water to to still maintain this cold shower experience why I also heard that the doing the going from hot to cold your pores are open yes when you're in the hot water so you're closing off your pores again with the cold water similar to when you those of you who have had a barber shave they start with warm water and warm water and then at the end they put a cold towel on you to close your pores and this helps with just making your skin not get any like whatever I don't know acne infections who knows that's a good thing for your
